Limetape is a subscription-based digital platform that provides users with access to a curated library of AI-generated digital media, including stock video footage, intended for use in content creation, marketing, advertising, and related creative projects.

Limetape provides access to content only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, business, or performance guarantees of any kind.

Any examples, demonstrations, or suggested use cases are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed outcomes.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Limetape.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Authentication may be handled by trusted third-party providers.
• Limetape does not store user passwords.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Limetape operates on a recurring subscription model. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Limetape does not store or process payment card details.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at info@limetape.com to attempt resolution.

Unjustified chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may result in account termination and permanent restriction from future use.

Some or all content available on Limetape may be generated using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may contain imperfections, similarities to other content, or limitations inherent to AI generation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Subject to an active subscription, Limetape grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use available content for personal or commercial purposes.

You may:

• Use content in marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Edit or modify content as part of larger creative works.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute content as standalone files.
• Create or operate competing libraries or marketplaces.
• Claim ownership or exclusive rights to any content.
